It started with a love for coffee.
Apinya, from Nonthaburi, Thailand, began exploring coffee through home brewing before turning that passion into cafés in Thailand and Greenland.
Living in Greenland deepened her appreciation for nature, simplicity, and the Nordic approach to quality and local craft.
Today, she created Apinya’s Bean with one goal: to bring the character of Thai coffee to a wider world.
